I will not compromise diet and exercise. It is my way of paying myself. It is also important to make time to give back.

The Biggest thing I love about being over 40 is being over 40. I am now over 60 !!! All of the stigma and fear of oh no I’m turning 40 is long gone. I’ve crossed other age thresholds since then and still feeling fabulous! By the time a woman is over 40 years of age, most likely we have Encountered major challenges, disappointments, and hurdles, and on the other side of those. By this point, we know there are parachutes and blue skies on the other side of any seemingly unsurmountable challenge.
How do you stay fabulous?My interpretation is staying fabulous is number one waking up, waking up each day with a sense of purpose and a mission to make the most of that day. Some of the ways that I do that are starting the day with a cup of coffee, a brisk 30 minute walk, And then I get down to the business of the day, managing and marketing real estate. Throughout the day , I listen to one to two podcasts, spend 45 minutes in the gym, and take time each week to give back to my community in a meaningful way.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow! The idea of that is very compelling! Firstly, I would put some in savings for retirement. I am still fully engaged in work efforts to sustain my mortgage payments, health insurance, car payments, etc. Alternatively, As I mentioned that I give back to my community, I have developed an Afghan Women’s Refugee Resource Program in San Antonio, Texas. I would contribute a percentage of that money towards advancing the program.
