Connect What do you love about being over 40?

Love the energy which comes from positivity , happiness and helping others stay on track with their health and fitness goals . My life got better after 40, I started a few businesses , got married and had a daughter . Happiness starts with you ! It’s a choice . Taking care of your inside and outside . Loving who you are, walking 60 miles for breast cancer was life changing at 40. It changed the trajectory of my path. Giving back is one of the greatest gifts .

How do you stay fabulous?

Staying fabulous is about taking care of my physical and mental well being . Lots of healthy foods, moving my body with the exercises that I enjoy ; tennis, pickle ball and weight lifting . And then there’s laughter , lots of laughing 🥰🥰 listening to music, Always trying to be a better person and paying the love forward . Doing good in the world . Traveling , making connections wherever I go . Energy isn’t just physical it’s your aura,; how people feel in your presence .

What would you do with the $40,000?

There are friends who are struggling financially . I would like to help them. Of course I would pay some bills and save some too! Take some friends and family to their favorite concert or vacation that they would not be able to afford on their own. I would feel wonderful to do this for them . Maybe even going to the grocery store and paying for someone’s bill as they are checking out . The good we can do is endless !
