I’ve been a vegetarian for 45 years, a vegan for 35, I’m 66 and people still think I’m in my late 30s or 40s. I work out every single day.

How do you stay fabulous?I work out at the gym 6 days a week, taking either cycle classes or body pump classes. I also hike for hours at a time when I travel, often full 6 hour days of hiking.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would settle in and continue to write my memoirs. I am about to publish "Wanderlust: Anywhere But Here!", and am presently working on a memoir focused on my experience in moving to Spain.
