I raised two girls on my own, take care of my home and can be found working as a security officer at a high school. I am 58 years old.

I love that I finally accept who I am. Love what I have to offer and am comfortable in my own skin. I accept me. Love me. Enjoy being with me. My regret is it took me so long.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being kind and having empathy for others. I keep it real. I was once asked by a student what life meant to me. ‘Life is joy.’ Regardless of what it may throw at me, I can handle it with grace.
What would you do with the $40,000?That extra will jump start the repairs on my home. It is tiny, but old. A new boiler, new shower and windows that actually open would be a gift. I work a lot of overtime to survive, but sometimes surviving just isn’t enough. I live to work. I love my girls, and help them and anyone who needs me. I have many years left in me and refuse to slow down. It takes years for people to find their purpose. I found mine. It is my work with teenagers. They need me, and what I can give to them.
