Being over 40 has allowed me the freedom & courage to figure out who I am and from where I came. The restraints I once felt from always putting others first, were lifted as I gained more confidence. I realized, not only was I worthy but also deserving of embracing my own needs. I found the strength to explore my past and find my birth parents, a dream I once believed was out of reach. My birth father has become one of my BEST friends! I found a joy that I never thought possible,
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by truly submerging myself in loving life. As a dedicated nurse, wife, mom & daughter, I work hard but also play hard to keep a healthy balance. Many travels & adventures with family & friends keep me rejuvenated. I try to maintain a youthful appearance and vitality by exploring different skincare, healthcare & beauty products & staying active while practicing good self care and getting adequate rest. I am learning to embrace change & know that every wrinkle tells a story...
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to better my life experiences & those of others. A focus on improving my overall physical & mental well being would take priority. After dedicating 37 yrs to my nursing profession, I'd reduce my hours to have more flexibility for time and travel with family & friends. I would also donate a portion to a local charity organization which I have been a member for 22 yrs that assists my community's needs, as well as St Jude’s & the National Breast Care Foundation.
