Living & loving life to the fullest after surviving a terminal illness. I found a new purpose of spreading hope to those my age that fitness & improved mobility are possible. I want to help anyone who feels hopeless about getting older & becoming less active & able-bodied that you can turn things around if you really want to.
How do you stay fabulous?I remind myself every day of my “WHY.” I find gratitude in all i have & everything i am capable of. I focus on what i can do & not what i can’t. I thank God every day that He chose to allow me to live despite 30 years of being chronically ill, a year bedridden, 6 years in a motorized scooter due to complications of my 26 auto-immune diseases that rendered me unable to breathe. I fought my way back to health. To remain healthy i exercise everyday & now compete in body building competitions.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000 I would pay off bills so i could continue spreading the word about living your best life. I would continue training & competing to show others my age &/or those who may be ill that with positivity & focusing on what is possible that they too can enjoy their golden years to the fullest. My 12th body-building bikini competition is Nov 9, 2024 at the age of 70. It is never too late to fulfill your bucket list! PS i will also use the winnings to repair damage from Helene & Milton
