I'm 64yo and work as an RN for the past 39 years. I'm reinventing myself after many struggles, but I'm focusing on positivity and self care.

I love the fact that I have women younger and older, that asks me to help with their skin care and fitness routines. I also love having the ability to help others feel good about themselves, whether words of advice, encouragement or just a listening ear. I feel beauty radiates from one's heart, not just their physical appearance. Everyone can be beautiful by conveying a nice compliment, a nice gesture, paying it forward or a warm hug!
How do you stay fabulous?I focus on good eating habits, exercise and maintaining a good skin care and hair care routine. I don't believe in diets, because I feel no one can sustain eating no carbs or minimal calories forever. I feel that once the so called diet is over, unless one has the proper tools to good nutrition and exercise, the diet won't work. I also believe in sunscreen, avoid baking in the sun, and also in preventative screenings such as mammograms and yearly health checks to maintain health.
What would you do with the $40,000?Right now I have a very dear relative that is suffering with Diabetes. She's presently in a rehab, and hasn't been able to do anything nice for herself due to frequent hospitalizations. I would love to use part of the money to allow her to buy some nice clothes, treat herself to quality skin care products and travel to visit family she hadn't seen in over 20 years. I also would like to be able to contribute to helping the communities affected by Hurricane Helene.
