I think you are less self conscious about little physical flaws. You have lived through so many experiences and all of them make you who you are….. inside and out. To be healthy and able to move with ease, with no real health issues as so many people have ( at all ages) is a gift. It’s so important to take care of yourself so you can live a long, happy life!
How do you stay fabulous?I like to keep in shape. I work out with weights regularly. I find that any time in my life I have stopped doing this I don’t feel mentally or physically good. I also like to eat well. I am pretty healthy with my food choices ( although the occasional bag of potato chips is kind of nice) These 2 things make a huge difference to my overall well being.
What would you do with the $40,000?Mmmm …… probably put it a way for now….but have a couple of creative projects I’ve been thinking about for a while so it could really come in handy there! But Breast Cancer Awareness has a special place in my heart as my sister-in-law has gone through it and thankfully, today is healthy. This is a fun way to help the cause.
