I love being over 40 because I feel like I’m 25 but I have the wisdom that I didn’t have when I was 25. I love that I no longer sweat the small stuff. I try to be a better person every day. I have and am continuing to work on my mindset. I truly believe you can create the life you deserve by having the right mindset and outlook on life. I like to look at the positive in every situation no matter how hopeless it may seem. I could have only reached this point in my life with growing older.
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of my health and my body. I workout and educate myself in motivational books. In addition to taking care or my family and home, I make myself a priority also - something that I didn’t do before. I’m also very active in my community helping wherever I can.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest the money in real estate. One of the things that I would like to do is to purchase a home that women who feel like they are stuck in emotionally or physically abusive relationships can go to with their kids. So many women give up their careers to take care of the family. Often staying in relationships because of financial fear. I hope to help these women and their children get back on their feet by providing a safe place for them to live and make sure their basic needs are met.
