Being on this side of adulthood brings so much perspective on life, the mistakes I made when I was younger, and where I want to go from here. I love that I have been able to mentor and help guide young adults that I’ve worked with at my job, and have also built enough wisdom and character to help carry me into the next phase of adulthood. Being 40 comes with a lot of liberation from worrying about what others may think or feel about living in my authenticity.
How do you stay fabulous?I live each day. Today, the now, this moment, is all the time we truly have. I like to embrace each day and the interactions I have with the people around me as the gifts they truly are.
What would you do with the $40,000?This would help put us, my son and I, on a healthier financial trajectory. And we would possibly take a short visit to the beach where he has been asking for us to go for a long time.
