I am turning 72. I work full time in real estate, have a wonderful family, travel, workout and play competitive tennis.

Being over 40 can come with a variety of positives that many people appreciate. CONFIDENCE: I have a stronger sense of self and am more comfortable in my skin, leading to greater confidence in personal professional settings. PERSPECTIVE: With age comes wisdom. Life experiences provides a clearer prospective on what is important. DEEPER RELATIONSHIPS: My relationships with my husband, children and grandchildren are fulfilling by prioritizing quality time over quantity.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 or i should say 70, by embracing my style and refusing to be old. I love to dress well and look the best I can. I stay active by playing tennis and still taking lessons to improve my skills. I workout a few times a week. I surround myself with positive supportive family and friends. I love to read and learn. I continue to set work goals and celerate my successes. Most of all I make sure to have fun and enjoy the special moments of life.
What would you do with the $40,000?In light of the devastation in Western North Carolina, I would use some of this money to help those impacted by the storm. So much is still so needed.
