I'm 55 and still alive. I've lived a very colorful life and have made it to here. I love life and enjoy every minute of it.

I never thought I would love being 55. But there's something about having the wisdom you get from living 55 years and young enough to still enjoy life. I realize what's really important and no longer sweat the small stuff. My focus has shifted, I no longer worry about what someone else thinks, because I have grown into my own. I am confident in who I am. So if I want to dance in the rain, I will.
How do you stay fabulous?As I've grown older I realize even more how important it is to take care of myself. I exercise regularly and do my best to take care of myself. Not just physically, but take care of my spirit. Doing things that lift my spirits and hopefully others by just being kind. A simple smile to that new mom trying to calm a child or a compliment to a stranger. Enjoying life and not wasting it.
What would you do with the $40,000?My husband has been put into early retirement, so $40,000. Would be amazing. A little help with those extras. We have an older house, so I'd definitely use it towards some things around the house, put some in savings, and maybe a trip. My husband would love to take a trip down the East Coast. I'd love to make that happen for him.
