Becoming 40 is a liberating age. Suddenly you care less about what other's say. I found out how much I loved myself and needed to focus on self-care. Now I'm 52. Time is short and I don't plan to waste time acting my age. I truly found you become ageless in the gym. Every day I become stronger, not older. That's a feeling I wish I could bottle and sell.
How do you stay fabulous?The gym is essential in my fitness routine. Anytime, any day is a great time to go to workout. Cardio and weights keep me fit. Good nutrition is important but I also indulge in dessert. Water and sunshine energize me, prepping me for the next challenge. Equal time is spent exercising the brain through continuing education. Credentials include CPT, Nutritional Coach, & Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am a gifted educator but stay home to run after my 3 year old grandson, Jed. He keeps me young.
What would you do with the $40,000?As times change, we all have to adapt. I envision a novel complex that is geared towards sports enthusiasts, taking sporting passion to the next level. Central to my plan is a sports bar where you can juice up or chill out in a relaxing social atmosphere. See yourself relaxing or mingling it up. Bring your best game!
