Receive Text UpdatesWell since I’m well over 40, I feel extremely blessed to not look it. I work out at my local F45 gym three to four times a week. I love playing pickleball a few times a week as well. I still work full time as a nurse practitioner and I love seeing my patients and hearing about their stories. I appreciate the small things in life. I try to give back as much as I can. But most importantly I try to listen to people. Everyone has a story and it’s very important to me to learn what that story is.
How do you stay fabulous?I am very lucky to have been blessed with good genes. My mom doesn’t look her age either and she was gracious enough to hand down those genes to me. I enjoy using great products on my skin, go see a dermatologist yearly for a skin check, sunscreen every single day and a retinol at night followed by a good moisturizer. I love to see my favorite esthetician and have micro needling done multiple times a year, those facials are so important as well.
What would you do with the $40,000?Unfortunately I am a widow of two years and have a couple kids in college, so I would use this money for them. My husband died of brain cancer and we were not prepared for this crazy life event. My motto has been life is too short and that proves very true when a loved one has a devastating illness.
