Honestly, the stuff I no longer worry about. Being over 40 and single feels like the freedom of being in my twenties, but with more money and more confidence. Knowing what I want and prioritizing things that are important to me and being my authentic self feels great!
How do you stay fabulous?Self-hypnosis, meditation, yoga, HIIT workouts, seasonal outdoor activities, doing things that I love that bring me joy. Spending time with good friends and family.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would either donate it to the nonprofit organization that I'm a board member of - Belong Partners - that work in schools to reduce the schools to prison pipeline or provide scholarships to potential clients who can benefit from hypnosis & mind coaching, but cannot afford it as it is not covered by health insurance.
