Keeping my mental health priority, physical health, raising money for my students with disabilities, and always learning new versions of me

I love the wisdom, the challenges, the memories, the changes, and embracing new opportunities in the 40s! My thought process and my choices based on experiences has helped me make better choices in my current life. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the mistakes of my 20s and 30s. 40s are the new 20s only this time, nobody stands in my way or brings me down.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by always staying hydrated, using sun screen, moisturizing, hair, nails, and always staying with the fashion trends that are demure and classy! Most important, staying positive, never getting out of character, and handling everything with dignity and grace. My mental health comes first and I make sure every night I dedicate breathing exercises and speak of things I’m grateful for. Of course, a good glass of wine in one hand and a fabulous bag in the next!
What would you do with the $40,000?As an Italian daughter I am blessed to have my two parents. In true Italian fashion I would make sure they are taken care of before attending to my own personal needs and wants. I would then be able to financially afford certain materials for my special needs children in my classroom. I have been paying for most things out of pocket and the extra money would really boost the comfort and success rate for my students with disabilities!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
