I love that my appearance is something that makes me happy. I don’t look for external validation, well maybe my best friend’s opinion helps. But ultimately I’m finally happy to be me. I feel comfortable and confident in my skin.
How do you stay fabulous?I use products from a local apothecary for my skin. I exfoliate with a bamboo brush. My hair color is Iro Iro and actually conditions my hair. I try to avoid using heat on my hair. I use coconut oil and shea butter lotions on my body. I also meditate, do yoga, Reiki, chakra balancing, somatic dancing, and Pilates every day. Oh and I make sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep, and drink water and green tea. I try to eat reduced or non-processed foods. I’m an artist, mainly digital art.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use this money for furthering my education in eastern medicine. Within three years I will have my own business in offering alternative medicine to people that cannot afford this type of treatment. I am currently level 2 Reiki practitioner and want to reach medical Reiki so I can assist in surgeries. I want to help people heal.
