Hello world! What makes me fabulous over 40 is my ability to never be afraid of taking risks, starting something new or starting over!

After I turned 40 I began discovering parts of me I didn’t know existed. I just celebrated my 52nd birthday and it’s just gotten better. The pressures of my 20’s and 30’s are gone. I’ve found more freedom in decisions, realized I don’t need very many people in my close circle. Learned to love myself and be more kind to myself. Enjoyed new business opportunities and new friendships. Finally believed that the opinions of others don’t change who I am or who I want to become!
How do you stay fabulous?I do my best to eat as clean as possible. After an autoimmune disease diagnosis I learned how important good quality food is. I drink lots of water, and stay active! My spiritual health is just as important to me and staying connected with others who empower and lift my spirit are keys.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my car! With what’s remaining I would love to take a bucket list trip to Scotland.
