I love not having to experience so many firsts for the first time. I love gaining wisdom and knowledge. I feel more centred, grounded and powerful the older I get. I love not taking myself so seriously as I get older and become more carefree within myself. I love the broader perspective aging gives me. I love that I have completed the initial years of child-rearing and so look forward to this next phase with my 3 girls. I love learning the true nature of romantic relationships.
How do you stay fabulous?I maintain optimism as much as possible. I send gratitude to my loved ones as much as possible. I strive to be the solid, soft place my girls can rely on. I look in the mirror and am grateful for every wrinkle forming and don't deny or despise the natural aging of my body. I started lifting weights the year I turned 40, knowing that this is the decade to really build muscle to set me up for a successful 3rd act. I stay open to learning and growing about others and myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would save and invest half of it. I would invest 1/4 of it into my business to create women's retreats. I would use the final 1/4 to take my little family on vacation.
