My husband and I started The Yellowfin Pub on the Morehead City waterfront in NC. It has become a popular hangout for our locals as well as visitors. I mainly cook and love introducing new recipes. I also love working part-time as an RN in a pediatric office. There is never a dull moment. I do love to travel and have recently been to Greece and Italy. The food is so delicious!
How do you stay fabulous?I play USTA tennis and I run. I try to go to bed early and eat healthy.
What would you do with the $40,000?My oldest son is getting married in June so 40,000 would definitely help. I may go to an adult tennis camp. I probably would do some home updates. I would also like to go to Copenhagen. My mother is Danish. Her parents came to the US during WW2.
