I love being over forty because of the evolution I have discovered. I discovered its ok to be alone and be comfortable in your own company. That is powerful. Over forty is a fabulous time to get over all of the hangups you had when you were younger. It's a great feeling to finally not care what others think and to love and embrace all your imperfections and also some new improved parts.
How do you stay fabulous?I. stay fabulous by helping whoever I can. I feel mental health is a part of staying fabulous keeping on top of those issues should be just like going to a pcp appointment. physically I do not to engage in toxic substances and sleep is a way of giving grace to yourself. I surround myself with positive loving people which makes me leave feeling strong, empowered, loved and fabulous. I also feel staying fabulous is about empowering and supporting other women. That feels awesome
What would you do with the $40,000?If i was given 40000 I would start program (I'm a nurse practitioner) for teens in unserved communities to help them choose different pathways in life. To embrace who they are and let them know geography does not define who you will become. Encouraging dreams and being a voice to some of these young women could change their live I would start a strong mentoring program for these young women, they would see different jobs and meet woman who have succeeded despite the odds dealt to them.
