My can do upbeat attitude and calm even keeled personality, even in difficult situations, is what makes me fabulous at 64 years of age.

Being over forty has made me realize my power and my worth. Born in the Deep South to parents and grandparents who were also born in the Deep South made me think that because I’m female I couldn’t excel in anything except being ‘The Perfect Wife’ Which I was! I pride myself on being physically, mentally, and emotionally strong. I’ve traveled to over 120 countries. I’m an amazing chef, decorator, and gardener. Additionally I volunteer at numerous nonprofits and am a valued citizen in Colorado
How do you stay fabulous?Having been a Flight Attendant for over 20 years I’ve seen the world. Traveling light, with a backpack, I could see the countries and people as they really are and not the Western version. I stayed in the hotels and huts where the locals stay, ate their unique foods, and learned their many customs. During this process it was reinforced to me that everyone all over the world is exactly the same! Learning about people and the world, as well as helping others, keeps me fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?Because I survived an abusive marriage where my husband was arrested for domestic violence I would like to teach young people about domestic abuse and how to recognize toxic personalities. Had I been educated about narcissists I probably would not have married this ‘perfect man’. If I had I would have set boundaries and not have allowed the abuse to escalate until he put a shotgun to my face declaring that he was going to “Blow it off”. I’m a qualified inspirational speaker!
