I love how confident and youthful I feel in mind, body and spirit. It's pleasantly surprising it is to reach fifty-four and feel better than I did in my thirties. My life experiences have given me the wisdom to be present. I have a deeper sense of self confidence and belief in myself. Midlife is prime time and I'm ready to be the main character of my next chapter of self discovery. Recently I’ve reunited with my biological parents through DNA testing — I never knew I was adopted at birth!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on my health through plant-based nutrition and daily exercise. I love immersing myself in creative projects, like cooking, painting, and writing. I enjoy being in nature, outdoor yoga, and going for hikes with friends. I'm obsessed with hydrafacials and PRP beauty treatments. I seek inspiration and love inspiring others. I've dedicated my 30s and 40s to raising children as a single mom, and my 50s are about realizing my biggest dreams and making the most out or life.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow, what this mama wouldn't do with the $40.000?! My son and I want to buy a house together - he’s 24 and still lives at home with me. The $40,000 would go towards a down payment for my son's first house - my son has worked as an assistant manager of a healthy chain restaurant for 5 years so I’ve witnessed how hard he works. It would give me such joy to do this! Also I’d invest some of that money into an investment account for my two daughters and donate to breast cancer awareness.
