How do you stay fabulous?I walk, stability workouts with ball and weights & last be not least ... I try to eat healthy- I opened a healthy quick food to go place " simple food in a bowl" during COVID and my last of my treatment radiation. I wanted to give alternative food choices be just settling for food with additives and food just not good for the body period! I have a seasoned cia chef on staff l, myself licensed nutritionist and my daughter the brains behind insta Gram menu and marketing!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would open a second simply bowls to get another town this opportunity so they too can reap the benefits of food being medicine.... then continue the trend ( 1 by 1 bringing simple food back!) Simply food in a bowl #Crave Healthy #food is medicine
