What I love about being over 40 is the freedom and confidence it brings. At 52, as a breast cancer survivor and single mom, I’ve embraced aging gracefully by nurturing my body and mind through Pilates, yoga, and meditation. My "SOUL-O JOURNEY" to Costa Rica after my divorce deepened my love for yoga, and returning to complete my 250-hour YTT was life-changing. This phase of life is about self-discovery, resilience, and living authentically on my own terms.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous after 40 by embracing wellness through yoga, Pilates, and meditation. These practices keep me grounded and energized. I also love being single, enjoying the excitement of exploring the dating pool, and hoping to find my "last first date." Most importantly, I stay fabulous by being a strong presence for my two amazing daughters, 21 and 17, as we navigate life together.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000 cash prize, I’d love to take an unforgettable vacation with my two daughters, our first post-divorce trip. It would be a special way to create new memories together. I’d also invest in our future—starting over after a 21-year marriage has been a financial challenge, so this would provide us with a solid foundation as we continue building our lives.
