I have settled into my ever changing body, and forever learning and keeping tabs on myself and the hormonal changes I have going on. Perimenopause doesn’t have to be a bad journey, it can be beautiful and educational and wonderful to navigate with my friends. We joke and laugh and compare stories of this new phase in life that we are in.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to eat healthy, an exercise regularly, I’ve joined monthly women's groups the talk through life’s experiences. I live to meditate and read and be listen to podcast to help my mind body and soul.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to use the money to aid in opening my health and wellness spa, so I can continue to make women feel good about themselves.
