How do you stay fabulous?I stay fab by investing on the front end, so I won't have to pay the price on the back end. Those investments include even the littlest of things, which make a big difference: Mushroom coffee. Keto creamer. Daily green juice. Multi-vitamins & probiotics. IV hydration. Hormone replacement. 3-4 days of workouts per week. Eating mostly plant-based. Cosmetic injectables. Dressing well. Continually learning & reading. Being with friends often. Taking time to travel!
What would you do with the $40,000?There is an orphanage in Nassau, Bahamas that I've been frequenting for a couple of years now called the Children's Emergency Hostel. There are 32 children, ages 11 months to 18 years. Typically I visit them to bring donations of food, clothes and toys (and to hold all the babies). I would use a significant portion of the $40k to help this facility with their operational expenses, and fly a doctor there to perform physicals/provide medical care. These children totally have my heart.
