The older I have gotten the more I make sure to take time for my health and fitness. I am more comfortable in my own skin now then I have ever been. I work hard and play even harder. I have an amazing group of people in my life that make life worth living and support all of my dreams along the way.
How do you stay fabulous?I am a health and fitness lover. I workout 4-5days a week, keep a very well balanced healthy lifestyle, and enjoy life now more then ever. I food prep weekly and change up my workouts as often as needed to keep my mind and body working to its fullest potential. Seeing what my body can do and is capable of is amazing. Getting stronger than ever is empowering.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my amazing husband on a very much needed vacation to visit our oldest in Japan where he is currently serving in the military and of course pay off some debt that we accumulated during a horrible tornado that hit us.
