I've learned to make peace with myself. I find beauty in every day, and in every person- sometimes beauty isn't what meets the eye.

Learning how to let go of things that don't really matter- it's a hard learned lesson for me, but I'm so glad to have figured it out! Watching my children find their place in the world is so rewarding as well. Sometimes getting older seems so melancholy, and then you realize how lucky you are to go on the journey at all. Watching my young adult children blossom just brings that message home.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to make other people smile. It truly brings me joy! I also try to fill my life with good friends, laughter, and as much love as possible! I've been blessed- I share my life with two great kids, and a spouse that is my best friend. We also fill our home with an array of nutty dogs that fill my heart with happiness every day!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely plan a family trip to somewhere fantastic! Of course a portion would definitely go to charity, and I would love to treat my friends to a girls trip as well!
