Since turning 40 four years ago, it has been so much easier to choose ME! As I approached 40, I realized I likely have more years behind me than ahead, and with time being finite, it’s become clear how important it is to say 'Yes' and 'No' to the right things.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing my individuality and staying true to who I am. At 44, I’ve worked hard on my health, shedding nearly 75 pounds this year through mindful eating and daily activity. Being fabulous to me means being ambitious, honest, and never afraid to express myself. I’m feeling my most fabulous when seeing my favorite music live or watching small animals forage and frolic in my backyard!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d invest in experiences that enrich my life. I’d travel to new places to fuel my passion for live music and adventure, continue supporting my health journey with self-care and wellness practices, and help others along the way, whether through donations or offering support to those in need. It would be a mix of personal growth, exploration, and giving back to my community.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
