Being over 40 has allowed me to grow and prosper and feel more confident. I’ve learned to set boundaries which has helped me be a calmer person. I’ve embraced less drama and spending more time alone. Traveling solo has made me feel more empowered and allowed me to learn more about myself. The best part has been raising 2 amazing girls all by myself. They’ve shown me the true meaning of love and joy.
How do you stay fabulous?I workout 3-4 times a week with a personal trainer, I do yoga, meditation and sound therapy. I get regular massages, anti- aging skin care treatments that include Botox, Sculptra, under eye PRP, chemical peels, Virtue RF microneedling, cool peel laser and I use Epionce and Alastin skincare. I eat healthy, take supplements and always use SPF! It helps that I own a salon, day spa and Medi-spa! I love to go on women’s retreats to keep my stress at a minimum & very grateful for the time to relax.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest the money so that I can retire earlier than planned . I find that the older I get the more I realize how precious life is. I would also take my Mom on a much needed vacation.
