I love being over 40 because I am leaving my best life now it's kids are done with I get to enjoy whatever I want I don't always just wonderful and I've taken steps in the last two years to reform myself I lost 85 lbs I worked out every second day I have more energy than I've ever had I've started doing keto and intermittent fasting and I look simply amazing now I feel on top of the world The most important thing I find is keep things simple eat right and just Live life like it's your last day!
How do you stay fabulous?I work for myself I also like I said workout all the time lift weights I'm not a bodybuilder by any stretch the imagination I've overcome two surgeries because of the way I was treating myself before and I just found my niche I'm so happy with my life
