I’m fabulous over 40 because I’m owning my life and I’ve learned from my youth.

I love the confidence and wisdom that comes with being over 40!! I could teach my younger self so many life lessons! I am so glad to be able to share this knowledge with everyone around me, but especially younger women.
How do you stay fabulous?At 35 years old I started on a health journey that has led me to a path of feeling great all the time. Cooking nearly every meal at home, along with making exercise classes and weight training at the gym into part of my priorities have transformed my life. Losing 50 pounds in 2 years and keeping it off for the last 4 have given me such a feeling of accomplishment. I’m also a fanatical with morning and nightly skincare routine.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow! That’s a loaded question!!! Originally, I had so many different ideas for the prize money. But, since the area I live in has been so devastated by the recent hurricane and storms, I would use the money to help fund more relief efforts for those in need.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
