I turned 50 in June and before I turned 50 I decided I had to be in better shape. I lost 30 lbs, I work out 4-5x a week.

My son is grown, loving his life. My husband and I are always in the go to our favorite spots almost every weekend. Our group of friends are like family.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to eat well, get plenty of sleep, drink enough water and I strength train. That has been what changed me into loving working out from hating it.
What would you do with the $40,000?Payoff some things, invest some and then take a great trip with my husband.
