Being able to reflect back over my youth knowing that life doesn't end at a specific age. Being over 40 gives you time to reach for the goals you missed in your 20', 30' and 40's.
How do you stay fabulous?First I keep God at the head of my life. Secondly by loving myself and taking the time to just breathe and not sweat over the little things that I can't control. Being a heart attack and stroke survivor Working out four or five times a week is my safe and happy place that keeps me fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help the people from my husband home town that was affected by the hurricane. I would also invest in my husband a food trailer because he's so deserving of it. Lastly I would send my four sons on vacation to enjoy each other since they're adults now. Whatever is left I would go on a little shopping spree after losing almost 80 pounds.
