How do you stay fabulous?I focus on a balanced diet rich in whole foods, regular exercise that I enjoy like yoga and hiking, and staying socially active with friends. I prioritize mental wellness through mindfulness practices and lifelong learning. Plus, I embrace self-care routines that make me feel good inside and out, celebrating every stage of life with gratitude at 60 years of age .
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in experiences like travel and personal growth, support a cause I'm passionate about, and set aside some for future opportunities or investments.
