What I love about being over 40 is the fact that I'm still here. It proves that God has kept me. I'm comfortable with my imperfections, flaws and in the things that make me unique. I stay in my own lane, but will occasionally try something new. My faith, mindset, fashion, hobbies are all mine. I'm at peace and comfortable with my quirkiness, intelligence and resilience. That is what makes life worth living.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by having a sense of humor. I laugh at myself more than anyone. Prayer, coffee, dancing and a skin routine are essential. Never deprive yourself of sleep, put your phone on DND as needed, limit your social media intake, take walks, swim and love yourself and keep a loving accountability friend in your life. Living up to an American standard will cause emotional and physical stress beyond measure. Did you know there is only one you? Love that person!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay the Lord what He is Due!!! After that, I would pay off all of my bills, possibly move to a different place, still in the Bay Area, invest at least half, get my car tweaked a bit, travel to Italy and pay for my best friends 50th birthday next year. Believe it or not, I may shop a bit, as it's not really my thing, but buy me an iPhone 14 lol, or maybe a 16. I'm truly a minimalist, so definitely, most would get saved.
