How do you stay fabulous?Self care is paramount. All aspects: mind, body and soul. Mental health is top priority. Happy me definitely equals happy spouse, happy mom etc. I like to feel good and feel beautiful. And I've realized that it's in who I am as a person that drives the fabulosesness.
