What I love about being over 40 is the confidence and wisdom that comes with age. I’ve learned to truly embrace who I am, and I feel more comfortable in my own skin than ever before. At this stage in life, I have a clearer understanding of my priorities and the relationships that matter most to me. It’s empowering to make decisions based on my own values and experiences. Plus, there’s a sense of freedom in not worrying so much about what others think—I’m more focused on living authentically.

It’s all about balance and self-care, inside and out. I prioritize my health by staying active, eating well, and keeping a positive mindset. Skincare is also key, and I stick to a routine that works for me, making sure to hydrate and protect my skin. But beyond the physical, it’s about keeping my spirit vibrant—whether that’s through pursuing creative passions, surrounding myself with uplifting people, or staying curious and learning new things. Confidence is the real secret to feeling fabulous.

I’d first invest in myself and my passions. As an artist, I’d love to create a dedicated studio space where I can fully immerse myself in my work, explore new mediums, and maybe even launch a small business or exhibition to showcase my art. It would also give me the chance to upgrade my tools and supplies, opening up new creative possibilities. As a caregiver, I’d set aside some funds to ensure my loved ones, especially my mother, have the best care and comfort. I’d also donate to causes.
