i love the knowledge,wisdom and strength i have built over the years. I love being able to help others through what i have been able to pass down to family and friends. I am still learning and growing and loving every minute of it. Your body changes as you grow older so it not like we stop learning about ourselves. There is always room for trial and error and from this we grow with improvement. Learning what to do and what not to do. I love looking my best.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to look my best first and foremost giving myself love. Who have to take care of yourself in order to help others. This starts by self care with taking care of your health. I watch what i eat. I do annual physicals and dental cleanings. Ensuring i get plenty of rest and drink plenty of water and exercise. I feel its also important to take care of the soul. I do epson salt baths to help relax along with massages. Lastly we need lotions and vitamins and of course our makeup .
What would you do with the $40,000?If i won 40000 i would pay off some bills and take a vacation and put the rest of the money away for savings.
