Being over 40 means loving your family more deeply, appreciate the small moments, and passing wisdom to the next generation. It's about valuing health, finding balance in life, and nurturing my body that I am grateful for. Loving other's becomes more intentional, with kindness and understanding growing stronger. I find purpose in helping, whether its with work or with loves ones, using my experience to make the world a better place with one small smile or act of love at a time.
How do you stay fabulous?To stay fabulous, I focus on balanced health, I nourish my body. I eat clean, stay active and exercise and I make rest and sleep my priorities. As a Nurse, I continue to care for others while making time for myself with moments of mindfulness. I stay curious, keep learning, and always leave a small kind word for others. If I can brighten someones day, it leaves my heart filled with joy. Confidence, self care, and spreading kindness are my keys to staying radiantly fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?if I had 40,000.I'd first use it to complete the walkout basement for my In-laws, which have recently moved in with us as their health declines. I want to ensure they are comfortable & have accessible space.I would put aside some funds to secure & assist my kids in securing their futures, whether its supporting their career paths or helping them with important life goals. lastly I'd set up a college fund for my grandkids, giving them a head start on their education & easing the financial burden.
