How do you stay fabulous?“Staying young at 40 is all about mindset and balance. I focus on nourishing my body with healthy food, regular exercise, and plenty of rest. Keeping active and maintaining a skincare routine helps, but so does staying curious, open to new experiences, and always learning. I surround myself with positive people, prioritize self-care, and make time for fun and laughter. Keeping a youthful spirit is about embracing life fully and staying connected to the things that bring joy and energy.”
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 , I’d consider investing in real estate, perhaps buying or renovating property to rent or sell as the market grows. Supporting a local business or starting one, like a café or service, could benefit both the community and your investment. If local options aren’t feasible, consider putting the money into stocks or bonds for long-term growth.
