How do you stay fabulous?I workout with weights 4-6 times a week with some Pilates core training in the mix along with running 2-3 times a week Eat plenty of protein, with fresh or frozen vegies. Drink water & use electrolytes as needed. I supplement to compliment the foods I eat. I am grateful & thankful for everything I have. I don’t play the victim but through every set back I use it as a positive for a comeback. I lost my son in 2021 then my oldest son got his kidney transplant.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would play catch up with my debt to free me to continue working my PURPOSE in Empowering & Inspiring others to RISE over obstacles, sickness, diseased and many conditions through Wellness & Fitness along with Rehabing patients through Physical Therapy☝🏼🙌🏼💜✝️ I want to continue with motivational speaking & become a great Leader Leading & opening doors for all ages, younger women and men to walk through & become Leaders themselves. Prove to others that Age is just a number SKIES THE LIMIT
