What I love most about being over 40 is the deeper connection I've forged with myself by looking within for fulfillment rather than seeking validation from others. This journey has empowered me to embrace my true essence, letting go of external expectations. I’ve found immense joy and purpose in inspiring other women to do the same, guiding them to tap into their inner strength, trust their intuition, and live authentically. It’s a time of true self-discovery and empowerment, and it’s beautiful.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by honoring my body, mind, and spirit through holistic practices that keep me grounded and vibrant. Yoga, meditation, prayer, and breathwork are daily rituals that nurture my inner peace and resilience. I also craft my own creams and plant-based medicines, rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom & ancestral teachings, to nourish my skin. Swimming & resistance band exercises keep me physically strong & flexible. Staying aligned with nature and these practices fuels my vitality and radiance.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000, I would establish a retreat center focused on empowering women to reconnect with their inner life force, offering tools that inspire transformation from within. We will teach women how to harness their energy to create meaningful change in their relationships & the world around them. Located in a sacred mountain facing the Caribbean Sea in Colombia, the center would offer a sanctuary for women seeking clarity, purpose, & rejuvenation in alignment with their heart's truth.
