I am a strong believer that we are as old as we feel, and I feel fabulous! My secret is staying active and a strong self care routine!

Being over forty feels like I've unlocked a special level in a video game and accessed hundreds of cheat codes to life. My intuition is keener, my body talks to me so much more and wisdom is overflowing. I've developed a deeper appreciation for all of the little things that makes life worth living.
How do you stay fabulous?Fortunately, my genetics are doing their thing! Yet, I still have to stay active. I love taking long walks, getting out in nature, camping, maintaining a balanced diet and drinking plenty of H2O. My favorite word currently is hydrate! It is essential to keeping my skin tight and glowing. Having a solid group of like minded gals in my age range to swap beauty and health tips is also very beneficial!
What would you do with the $40,000?As an Army veteran who has experienced homelessness, I'd like to invest in a non profit organization to aid other veterans in their time of need. I'm also a caregiver for my mother who has Lupus, so I would also contribute to the Lupus Foundation. Supporting both Breast Cancer and Lupus awareness would be a wonderful opportunity.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
