I love being over 40 because I’ve truly come into my own. I’ve learned to live in the moment, enjoy life, and take care of myself. Moving from Canada to the U.S. at 39 and celebrating my 40th birthday here was the start of a new chapter for my family. We took a big leap moving to Florida, and while it came with challenges, hard work, and risk, persistence paid off—we couldn’t be happier.
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of myself by eating healthy (Monday to Thursday đŸ¤)drinking plenty of water, and exploring natural remedies. I stay active by going to the gym, taking Body Pump classes, which keeps me feeling strong and energized. I’ve also learned to forgive and set boundaries. I appreciate all the amazing supportive family and friends in my life. Taking time to overcome life’s challenges has made me stronger, and being over 40 means living with gratitude and resilience.
What would you do with the $40,000?It would help with a down payment on a house for my children. With the rising cost of housing and living, this will help support their future and set them up for stability.
