The feeling of being settled in who I am. I no longer need to prove myself to others. This is ME! That doesn't mean I don't stop growing or evolving but it means that now anything I do, I do to benefit ME! To being my best version of my over 40 self!
How do you stay fabulous?I'll be honest, I haven't always taken care of myself now I do better! I stay fabulous by staying hydrated. Hydration is so important for my skin . Get enough sunlight! Move my body best I can. Having bone cancer, I hurt a lot at times. Moving keeps my joints moving. Being willing to change. I am now overhauling my wardrobe. Adding more colors, statement pieces, and chunky jewelry. Dressing for me but making it MY own style.
What would you do with the $40,000?A few things actually! I would take a week long vacation. Get away and clear my mind. Then put the rest towards my education. Being diagnosed with Cancer has given me my PURPOSE! I want to go back to school for my BA and Master's in Social work and then become a Grief Counselor.
