What I love about being 40 is the shift in my confidence. I have come into my own, feeling more secure in who I am and what I stand for. There’s a clarity and strength that comes with embracing my experiences, and it has allowed me to pursue my passions unapologetically. At 40, I trust myself more, prioritize what truly matters, and I live with purpose.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out 5 days a week, eat balanced, practice self love, give myself grace, sleep the recommended hours, drinks lots of water, wear sunscreen, dentist checks, wish good upon others, and I don’t stress over things I cannot control.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were blessed to see forty thousand dollars, I would invest into my wellness center and continue using my resources to help other women live their best lives, I will continue to empower them. I also need a vacation! I have been working non-stop for two years to get my business open, it’s been two years since I have taken a vacation. I could use one! Look me up-www.tmw-health.com.
