Being in your 40’s is truly an awakening. It’s the time to love who you truly are and embrace the comfort in your skin! It’s realizing that you define you and nobody else! Taking control of your body, mind and living in the NOW. It’s a time to unapologetically stand up and own your likes and dislikes with no hesitation or shame. Loving the love you have inside for you and cherishing the friends who have helped with this beautiful journey to self pride and pure confidence.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out and make sure to make time for ME! Self care is the best care. Also, spending time with my daughter and her friends. Part of staying young is engaging with kids and teens. Going into their world, and dancing with them in the living room. And of course lots and lots of water!!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my debts, put money into my daughter’s college account, and plan a trip to Hawaii for my little girl. As a single mom, I would love nothing more than to surprise her and my sister with a trip to celebrate life and being a woman. Showing my daughter that anything can be done and life is full of unexpected blessings. And of course some retail therapy to celebrate a once in a lifetime achievement.
