Exercising everyday of my adult life staying in shape, running behind and raising 2 kids that are adults now, working a full time job.

Being over 40 is an age of beauty and I am out of the baby/toddler/pre-schooler parenting phase and have a bit more independence and time to focus on myself. So when I look in the mirror, I see a woman with still a whole life ahead of me, ample energy and boundless opportunities for like traveling or interests that I never had time for.
How do you stay fabulous?I get a lot of help from my Asian genes but I do exercise and workout everyday to stay in shape. I Eat pretty good and have a well balanced diet and I keep busy by working a full time job 5 days a week lifting heavy boxes. Taking care of pets which I’ve heard keep people young and I have 2 dogs, 1 cat and 2 kittens.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my bills and car. Then I would book a trip to the Caribbean Islands and whatever is left I would put in my savings.
